Moon phases assist Help

The screen is divided into two upper and lower screens. You can select the viewpoint on each screen.

This is a button for switching viewpoints.

[Sun, Earth and Moon]
This is a view from above the earth's orbit. You can change the angle by dragging up and down. You can see that the time of daylight changes with the tilt of the earth's axis.

[Earth and Moon]
This is a top view of the moon's orbit. You can see how sunlight illuminates the moon. You can rotate the screen around the earth by dragging.

[Celestial sphere]
This is the view from an observer on the earth. You can see the direction of the sun and moon. You can move the viewpoint by dragging left and right. You can move to the observer by dragging up and down. The sky is bright when the sun is above the horizon.

[Moon]
This is the view of the moon from the earth. You can see the phases of the moon.

You can play backward, pause, and play forward. You can change the playback speed by dragging the slider.

Push the dial button to open the direction operation screen.

Select what you want to know from "Phases of the Moon", "Azimuth of the Sun" or "Azimuth of the Moon". Turn the two dials you didn't select to get the answer.

[Seasons dial]
You can change the rotation angle of the earth.

Push the gear button to open the settings screen.

[Latitude and Longitude]
Change the observer's latitude and longitude. Tap the button to display the map.

Tap or drag the map to move the pin.

[Language]
Change the displayed language.

[Labels]
Change the visibility of labels.

[Help]
Display the help page.

[More apps]
Displays apps created by Digital Gene.
